Victor is an ice skating attendant in SPY Fox 2: "Some Assembly Required".
In one storyline, he is seen sweeping up in front of the trophy case and does the cha-cha while doing it. SPY Fox will need to wait until Victor's back is turned so he can find the which trophy contains the bottle cap with a clue regarding where to find the Destructo-Lux Restructo-Lux 3-Digit Code.
Alternately, he can be seen throwing roses to ice skaters who can pull off a certain stunt. The stunt may be either the Single Snow Boot, the Double Sour Cow, or the Triple Greasy Axle. Fox inserts a diagram of the stunt into his SPY Skates and puts on a show so good he ends up burning the skates off by making them explode. Victor is so impressed that he gives a rose to Fox by throwing, so Fox can deliver it and the combination from Lenny to Madame Ladybug.
