The Two-Headed Secretary is one of four random aliens that Putt-Putt runs into when he goes to the apartment room Robbie Radar is staying at. When Putt-Putt finds her at the apartment room Robbie Radar is supposed to be staying at, she will reveal Robbie just left, but tells Putt-Putt which apartment room Robbie went to and gives him directions to that room.
