Thwack and Quack live in Jungleland and appear on a tree's vine which is next to the cave that Masai can't get out of and right after seeing Kenya stuck on a rock in the waterfall.
They tell jokes when being clicked on.

By adding IAmTheMoose=71595 to the hegames.ini file under the entry for Saves the Zoo, they can tell the moose joke.
