The Shovel is an item first featured in Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo.
Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo[]
Putt-Putt will need the shovel in order to clear the fallen snow blocking the path to Arcticland (which was caused by Putt-Putt unintentionally sneezing). Putt-Putt can find the shovel at the paint shack on the far right of the Safari Zone in the Grasslands. Putt-Putt will then need to use the shovel to dig his way across the snow and make a clear path for him to go through.
Putt-Putt Enters the Race[]
After giving Betsy/Bella Bulldozer a milkshake from Rover's Rocket Ice Cream, Putt-Putt will borrow her shovel to dig up the hubcaps, buried treasure and a gas/petrol can in Mrs. Airbag's house.
