Sheila Zywicki is an anthropomorphic coffee mug who works at World Wide Weather's Complaints Department. Despite this, she actually hates her job. She speaks with a New York accent.
Ironically, whenever she is called, she complains to the caller about something, such as her stiff chair hurting her back, the vending machine getting stuck (as what happens with Y-Pipe if he's in there), even her neighbor playing music really loud, and never lets the caller speak.
After Sam calls the complaints department three times, Sheila will leave an answering machine to answer her calls due to her going on strike on account of her getting carpal tunnel syndrome from picking up the phone all day.
