Scott Burns (born October 26, 1955 in Pomeroy Washington) is an American voice actor who had voice roles in many Humungous Entertainment games. Some of his main voice roles include: Fatty Bear, Smokey, Mr. Baldini, Rover, and Walter Wireless. He's also known for voicing Bowser in some games from the "Super Mario Bros." series and Beltino Toad in "Star Fox Assault".
