Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo[]
When Putt-Putt first arrives here, he finds Sammy Seal stuck in a shallow puddle of water because she was splishing and splashing in the water until the dam was suddenly closed down, leaving her unable to go anywhere. After Putt-Putt gets the dam open by using a tool from the toolbox which has a socket that matches the shape on the dam's pulley, the dam's water can be released, allowing Sammy to return home.
