The Rain Machine is a machine in Pajama Sam 2: Thunder and Lightning Aren't So Frightening. It is one of the four main weather machines at World Wide Weather.

In all storylines, the Y-Pipe is shaken loose from the Rain Machine and Sam must find him and return him to the Rain Machine in order to repair it.
The Rain Machine has many uses for many of the different storylines:
In the Rubber Band storyline, Sam must get Wingnut out of the Rain Filling Station's vat by replacing the broken rubber band. Even after the rubber band is replaced and the station is restarted, Wingnut gets accidentally sealed in a bottle of rain, prompting Sam to find a way to uncap the bottle and free Wingnut.
In the Snowflake Inspector Detector storyline, Sam may find the Automated Snowflake Inspector inside the tunnel to the Rain Machine's packaging belt.
