Radio

The Radio is one of Putt-Putt's tools of the Putt-Putt series. Like Pep, it appears on the dashboard. The radio will talk about any recent news occurring or have just recently voiced by Jack Angel. It can be assumed that the radio was very well built seeing as it has great long distance reception as well as the ability to receive signals through time.

Putt-Putt Joins the Parade[]

In all storylines, Putt-Putt will learn about the Cartown Pet Parade through the radio. The radio will mostly talk about the parade if clicked on. Also, when clicked on back at Putt-Putt's house, the Radio sings either a tooth-brushing song in a woman's voice, or a Tire O's song in a child's voice.

Storyline-wise, the radio can only help Putt-Putt in this game, if he needs to go to Blue Street to mow lawns or deliver groceries. The mice are unable to go anywhere without music, Putt-Putt must therefore use his radio in order to get the band moving and clear his path.

The radio is also available for when Putt-Putt either runs out of gas or flattens his tires.

Putt-Putt Goes to the Moon[]

The radio will mostly talk about Mr. Firebird's fireworks factory if clicked on at the beginning of the game. After Putt-Putt ends up the moon, it will mostly talk about the factory accident and about Putt-Putt being in outer space.

Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo[]

The radio will mostly talk about the grand opening of the Cartoon Zoo if clicked on.

Putt-Putt Travels Through Time[]

The radio will mostly talk about Mr. Firebird's Time Portal in the present, but will talk about the Time Portal accident after the Time Portal is activated. Besides that, four different radio stations can be heard in the four other time periods that Putt-Putt must travel through to find his things. When inside the Time Portal, on the menu to select a world, the radio will only have static.
