Pelican Sam is a pelican who is a good friend to Freddi Fish and Luther.

Sam is shown holding flowers and landing on a buoy at the beginning of the game. Freddi arrives and thanks Sam for delivering flowers to her. The two say goodbye to each other as Freddi goes off to deliver her flowers.
Freddi Fish 3: The Case of the Stolen Conch Shell[]
Sam flies Freddi and Luther in a bucket to the town that is celebrating the Founders' Day Festival. He relaxes at the starting point of the game after dropping off Freddi and Luther. While Sam appears in all storylines, he has more importance in the Clam storyline.
In the Clam storyline, Freddi and Luther will need to give Sam an Orange Sea Urchin in order for him to give them the Foreign Language Phrase Book.
