Old Soggy is Uncle Blenny's Good Basset Hound Dogfish. He only appears in Freddi Fish 3: The Case of the Stolen Conch Shell.
Freddi Fish 3: The Case of the Stolen Conch Shell[]
Old Soggy acts as the only form of company for Uncle Blenny after the latter is accused of stealing the Conch Shell. When Freddi Fish suggests using Old Soggy to find the thief, Uncle Blenny states the problem is that Old Soggy's sense of smell has deteriorated due to his age, however he should be able to pick up the scent if Freddi and Luther can find the three Golden Pipes.
Once Freddi and Luther have all three pipes, they show it to Old Soggy so he can pick up the scent. He then follows the trail to an old Aztec temple where they briefly see the thief with the Conch Shell swim away from them. When Freddi and Luther get trapped in the temple after Luther takes a jewel out of its holder (which makes the door to the exist to close) and falls into a trap with it, Old Soggy, by Freddi's request, continues after the thief while Freddi tries to free Luther.
When Freddi declares who the real thief is (which varies in the game), the thief denies the accusation until Old Soggy bites them from behind, forcing them to confess and return the Conch Shell.
