The nut is found stuck on Nadine's tooth. In order to get it, Freddi Fish and Luther must first retrieve the pair of Pliers from the prickly plant in the sunken airplane and unscrew the nut off. They later use the nut the hold the handle on the cage so they can open it and get one of the Golden Pipes out.
