Ms. Electra is one of the futuristic characters Putt-Putt meets in the Future in Putt-Putt Travels Through Time. She runs the toy shop in the Future and is very sweet-natured and helpful. She frequently checks her notepad, chuckles happily and maintains the Paint-O-Rama 3000 which can change Putt-Putt's color as well as the battery machine to keep batteries fully charged. She helpfully tells Putt-Putt how to use those machines.
