Mrs. Pinto is the owner of the Toy Store in Putt-Putt Joins the Parade. She is a baby blue car with a North Irish accent and red lipstick.
When Putt-Putt asks Mrs. Pinto if she has a balloon for the parade, she apologizes and tells him she sold the last balloon to Mrs. Airbag, and mentions that she her child, Baby Beep, went to the drive-in movie theater.
Mrs. Pinto's name is only revealed if there's nothing Putt-Putt wants in the Toy Store or, after finding nails on Red Street, Putt-Putt asks her about anything to pick up the nails, having her reveal that he left his magnet the previous week.
