MopTop Island is where Pajama Sam 3: You Are What You Eat from Your Head to Your Feet is set. It looks just like Sam. It contains all the different food groups. Unfortunately, the sweets are trying to take power and an emergency conference, containing delegates of all the food groups, has been called. Sam has to find and help all the delegates that are unable to make it to the conference.
There is a heart in the middle of the island. The 4 chambers of the heart lead to different areas of the island.
