The Measuring Spoons are an item found in Fatty Bear's Birthday Surprise.

Fatty Bear will need the measuring spoons in order to make Kayla's birthday cake. Fatty Bear will find the cup in Kayla's treehouse or a kitchen cabinet where the egg beater and (sometimes) other kitchen tools are in. After Fatty Bear enters the kitchen with the measuring spoons, he will automatically place the spoons on the counter.
When used for making the cake, the measuring cup is used to measure how much baking powder and vanilla is needed for the cake.
