Jason Ellefson is the original voice of Putt-Putt, and his only male voice actor. He voiced him in every game from Putt-Putt Joins the Parade through Putt-Putt Travels Through Time. He also voiced Jason in Freddi Fish and the Case of the Missing Kelp Seeds.
