Honko the Clown is one of the five main acts of B.J. Sweeney's Big Top Circus. He only speaks Honkish, so in order to help him, Putt-Putt first needs to get the Honkish Translation Book out of Bette Bandwagon's pipes and then use it to figure out what Honko is trying to say, which turns out to be that Honko is missing his nose. In order to get Honko's nose, he must first give a juggling club to Sebastian the Juggling Seal, and then he'll drop Honko's nose for Putt-Putt to pick up.
Appearance[]
Honko sports tufts of red hair, red eyebrows and beige facial hair. He wears a brown, beat up, baggy hat and a green bow tie with yellow polka dots. He also carries red bindle with yellow spots. His front is light pink, his rear is purple and his wheels are orange with yellow hubcaps.
Personality[]
Honko is a smart clown. He dislikes clowning around and prefers to do reasonable things. Like Mr. Peabody, he is the only smartest clown in the universe and wears glasses. He has accomplished tons of things in life including inventing zumba, autotune, hip hop, beatboxing, yodeling and more. He is Putt-Putt's best friend. He can be a bit snobbish and overprotective of his friends at times, but he has a good heart. Unlike in the game, just like Pep, Honko can talk. His catchphrase is "Did I ever mention that I don't really like clowning?"

Honko is skilled at inventing. The last thing he wanted to do was clowning. He is also skilled at acting and can impersonate many famous superstars.
