Hong Kong Doodle is a big chicken working for N.O.G. in SPY Fox in "Dry Cereal". He speaks with a Swiss-type accent.

Hong Kong Doodle appears only in the Cock-a-Doodle Fu storyline.
Prior to the game, Bea Bear, in her younger days, took lessons from Doodle until she "punched his stuffing out". This victory led to Bea winning a Cock-a-Doodle Fu trophy.
In the Cock-a-Doodle Fu storyline, Hong Kong is blocking the entrance to the cow stables and SPY Fox will need to beat him in Cock-a-Doodle Fu in order to get past him. When SPY Fox first speaks to Hong Kong, he explains that he is a Cock-a-Doodle Fu warrior which gives SPY Fox the Cock-a-Doodle Fu talk balloon.
After SPY Fox gets the Cock-A-Doodle Fu Instruction Book from Bea, SPY Fox must use the book to help him defeat Hong Kong. Hong Kong will use a move against SPY Fox and the latter must use the correct counter move to defeat Hong Kong (which move Hong Kong chooses varies). After SPY Fox chooses the counter move that works against the move Hong Kong is using, SPY Fox will be able to defeat and tie up Doodle, allowing SPY Fox to continue to the cow stables.
