Herman (or Rod in the UK dub) is a minor character in SPY Fox: "Operation Ozone". This elderly fisherman, who is hard of hearing, is found at the Asian Lake. SPY Fox uses a megaphone in order to bring Herman/Rod closer. Herman/Rod takes Fox across the lake to Poodles Galore's pearl farm.
