Pectro the Strong Man or Pectoro the Strong Van is one of the characters in Putt-Putt Joins the Circus. He was mentioned on a poster. He used to be a performer in BJ Sweeney's Big Top circus but is now retired. He was succeeded by Ivan the Semi Strong Van who inherited the secret recipe to his power shake.
