Francine's Bathing Suit is an item found in Putt-Putt Joins the Circus.
Putt-Putt Joins the Circus
When Putt-Putt goes into the animal tents, he finds Reginald Cornelius Andronocles III wearing Francine's bathing suit as a costume for the show. He finds it undignifying and so does his assistants, Terri and Marie. However, Putt-Putt finds it that Reginald is ready to go swimming. Reginald realizes that his costume is a bathing suit and takes it off. Putt-Putt then gives it back to Francine in exchange for Reginald's Costume.
