Flour is an item found in Fatty Bear's Birthday Surprise and Putt-Putt: Pep's Birthday Surprise.
Fatty Bear's Birthday Surprise[]
Unlike the other items neccesary to help make the birthday cake, the flour is already present on the table counter when you enter the kitchen.
When used for making the cake, Fatty Bear will need to input 1 1/2 cups of flour into the mixing bowl.
Putt-Putt: Pep's Birthday Surprise[]
Putt-Putt fetches some flour from Baldini's Grocery Store to make a cake with Mrs. Goodbake for Pep's surprise birthday party.
