Dust Devil is an evil villain from the video game Pajama Sam 2: Thunder and Lightning Aren't So Frightening. He is an anthropomorphic tornado who appears on the TV show Sam is watching.
He gets defeated by Pajama Man in the intro of the second game and by the Vacuum Dog to save the Automated Snowflake Inspector on the warehouse rooftop.
