Pajama Man foils his plans and then he disappears and was never seen again.
According to his trading card, Dr. Grime is the self proclaimed Lord of All that is Dirty and Putrid and believes it's his sworn duty to rid the world of cleanliness and spotlessness.
Despite being responsible for hiding Pajama Sam's first issue comic book, the young hero never meets him in the game.
