Cotton Candy is a non-consumable item Putt-Putt can order from Chuck Wagon in Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo. Unlike the other foods Chuck Wagon have, Putt-Putt doesn't put this food into his inventory.

Putt-Putt can order cotton candy from Chuck Wagon and he will automatically eat it after receiving it. Chuck Wagon will then replace the cotton candy he gave Putt-Putt with another one.
