Chuck (or Tony in the UK dubs) is a tow truck and is a character first featured in Putt-Putt Joins the Parade. He also appears in Putt-Putt Enters the Race.
First, in Putt-Putt Joins the Parade, he's the one helping Putt-Putt if he gets his tires flattened by nails on Red Street or runs out of gas if he drives too much. Then he has to beep his horn, and then Chuck arrives to take him to Cartown Gas and Tires.
Then, in his second appearance, Chuck/Tony who has a flat tire, so Putt-Putt has to get a tire patch kit from the tire store and, at the library, cut out a patch in the same shape the puncture is in, and then patch it up.
Putt Putt Joins the Parade[]
Chuck helps tow Putt-Putt to the Cartown Gas and Tires if he punctures his tires after driving over the nails located on Red Street or runs out of gas from driving too much.
Putt Putt Enters the Race[]
In Putt Putt Enters the Race, Chuck/Tony has a flat tire on the side of the road. He asks Putt Putt to go to his store and get a tire patch/repair kit and cut it in the shape of his puncture, either a square or a triangle. This is done at the library. After helping Chuck/Tony, Putt Putt can purchase a set of tires for a very special price of four coins.
