Captain Gelatin (or Captain Jelly in the UK dubs) is a superhero on a TV show from Pajama Sam 2: Thunder and Lightning Aren't So Frightening. He works with Milkman and Hero Sandwich.
He tells Earthquaker to stop the evil-doing but gets shaken with Hero Sandwich, Milkman and Clementine in the intro and was later rescued by Pajama Man.
Acording to the trading cards, Captain Gelatin/Jelly's internal marshmallows are the source of his strength and although he looks red, it's not his natural color. The cards also state that Royal Jelly is a distant relative of Captain Gelatin/Jelly.
