Bear Stormin is one of the minigames in Putt-Putt Goes to the Moon. It had its own separate release as a demo title in 1993, and was reskinned to be Circus Stormin' in Putt-Putt & Fatty Bear's Activity Pack.
Putt-Putt Goes to the Moon[]
Putt-Putt can play this minigame by clicking on the arcade game in the Cosmic Dust Diner.
The player character of this game is Fatty Bear. The objective is to reach the white flag (finish line) in each level. The player loses a life if the plane crashes into something or if the player runs out of fuel. Fuel can be replenished by hitting balloons. When the player loses all three lives, the game is over.

A reskinned version of this minigame called Circus Stormin' is one of the featured games. Putt-Putt replaces Fatty Bear as the player character, and the theme is now a circus rather than a farm.
