The Bean Foreman is the Boss-Foreman of the Factory at the Foothills who is king of kidney beans, except he doesn't have a crown and he only works for them.

The Bean Foreman is a kidney bean who bears a (false) large, black mustache.
History[]
The Bean Foreman is the foreman of a construction site on the island of Mop Top. Both jellybeans and kidney beans work on the site.
In one pathway, the jellybeans and kidney beans may be striking against each other, leaving Bean 47 stuck suspended on a girder. The foreman, working with Sam, must resolve the strike.
In the alternative pathway, a bean sorting machine, aka the BCS 4000 has been delivered to the site, invented by Dr. Gizmo Flutewing. The foreman needs help in setting the machine up.

- He mentions that his mustache is false, as beans can't grow hair. This suggests that Chuck and Pierre's mustaches may also be false.
