Bart is a blue, red, and yellow peanut cart with a picture of a peanut on the sides. He wears a red and yellow striped cap. He has thick black eyebrows, huge round eyes, and one bucktooth that sticks out.
History[]
Putt-Putt and Pep first meet Bart in the Big Top, and when Putt-Putt asks how much money he's selling his peanuts for, Bart's response is usually "less than a nickel". However, since its opening day, he's giving out peanuts for free to all the customers, if one can take on (and win) the "Peanut Challenge".
If Putt-Putt wins, Bart will give him a free bag of peanuts that he will give to Mama Mombassa in order to get the net for the Flying Porkowskis. If Putt-Putt loses, Bart's response will be "Better luck next time.".
