Arcticland is one of the four parts of the Cartown Zoo.
Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo[]
Putt-Putt must go here to rescue Little Skeeter and Zanzibar.
Appearance[]
Arcticland is a cold, snowy environment designed for Seals, Penguins, Walruses, Yaks, Musk Oxens, Reindeer, Snow Leopard, Arctic Wolves, Arctic Foxes, Snowy Owls, Snow Geese, Arctic Hares, Polar Bears and Arctic Terns. It is home to Sammy Seal and her parents, Bobby Seal and Squidgy Seal. Outside the seals' home is a group of penguins that play music and dance. There is another group of penguins next to a nearby pool of freezing water. Little Skeeter is found stuck on the ice under a bridge in Arcticland and unable to move due to the cold temperatures, and Zanzibar is stuck on an iceberg in the cold water. Before Putt-Putt can get very far into Arcticland, he tries to silence Pep and keep him from sneezing, but Putt-Putt sneezes, which causes a huge pile of snow to fall and land in front of them, blocking their path until Putt-Putt gets a shovel from the Grasslands to dig through with.

- It could be possible that Putt-Putt could be allergic to snow when he sneezed upon first entering Arcticland.
