Annette Toutonghi (born October 26, 1966 in Seattle, Washington) is an American actress who voiced Freddi Fish in the series of the same name developed by Humongous Entertainment. She is the sister of writers Paul and Stephen Toutonghi. She also voices Sprinkle and the Librarian in Pajama Sam 3: You Are What You Eat From Your Head To Your Feet.
In the non-Humongous Entertainment media, she voiced Booter in Huggly's Sleepover and Huggly Saves the Turtles, and Penelope from the Sly Cooper franchise.
